Journaling CD
Select Journaling Files to Download

Unless you are an advanced user, we recommend you use the Select a Download (webpage with details) until you are familiar with the downloading proceedures.

The Journaling CD download files have the same content as found on the CD bundled with Levels 1 and 2. If you have the CD, do not download the files as they are low resolution versions. The files contained on the CD will provide cleaner looking images when printed.

Journaling pages can be downloaded as needed or as a bundled collection. If you expect to need many pages and you have a high speed internet connection, we recommend you download all of the activities. If you have a slower connection, either download the individual files as you need them or download the bundle overnight. Expect the "Complete CD" to take over 90 minutes to download with a 56k modem.

Journaling activity pages are available in three formats:

PDF format requires Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat software. Click Help if you are not familiar with this type of program. This format provides exciting graphics and interactive forms however file size is significantly larger. These files are suitable for a high speed internet connection. Expect download times of approximately 12 minutes with a 56k modem.

DOC format requires a word processing program. Click Help if you are not familiar with this type of program. This format does not have graphics but allows for an unlimited area to write your thoughts. File size is small, so downloading is fast.

TXT format requires no special software. Click Help if you are not familiar with this type of program. This format is very plain but file size is very small.

The bundled file collections are ZIP files and require "decompression" software. Click Help if you are not familiar with this type of program.
